Program

Fish is a food to make good use of it in the kitchen so that it does not stay dry and does not lose its flavour. To do so, we must consider certain peculiarities using the golden rule: low heat and a lot of attention. We will learn tips to prepare and cook fish step by step, as well as different sauces and garnishes that complement and make our dish perfect.
