What if we started the day savouring the Canary Islands in a different way? Sabores de Canarias al Despertar reinterprets our most recognisable local products for contemporary breakfast and brunch, with modern dishes that are easy to recreate at home.

In an interactive show cooking session, we will pick up tips and techniques while tasting every creation: a Canarian croissant with creamy egg, a Canarian bikini with shredded pork and watercress aioli, a toast with Canarian garden produce, and a Canarian crème brûlée with banana, gofio and palm honey.
