Applicable regulations.

The privacy policy has been designed in accordance with the prescriptions of the European Regulation of Protection of Personal Data RGPD 679/2016 of April 27 and the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights LOPDGDD in 3/2018 of 5 of December.

Purpose of the processing of personal data.

The data is processed for the purpose of providing the service and providing the information requested by the interested party.

Legal basis of the treatment:

The legal basis that legitimizes the processing of the personal data of the interested party is established in article 6 of the RGPD.

The treatment will only be lawful if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  1. a) the interested party gave their consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;
  2. b) the treatment is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the interested party is a party or for the application at the request of the latter of pre-contractual measures;
  3. c) the treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation applicable to the person responsible for the treatment;
  4. d) the processing is necessary to protect vital interests of the interested party or of another natural person;
  5. e) the treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred on the person responsible for the treatment;

Data collected and type of legitimation.

In accordance with article 4.11 of RGPD 679/2016 and article 6.1 of LOPDGDD 3/2018, the data collected from the interested party is legitimized by the consent granted when participating in the draw. The data requested are those necessary to carry out the draw.

In case of making a communication, it is covered by article 21.2 of the LSSI-CE 34/2002 and the authorization may be revoked at any time by the interested party in accordance with article 22 of the same law.

Recipients and transfer of data.

There is no transfer of data to third parties, except for transfers that are required by some regulatory compliance, being in any case an administration or public entity.

Time and criteria for data conservation.

The data will be stored for 4 years or more if there are communications and in any case until the withdrawal is requested by the interested party.

Applied security measures

The security measures are applied following criteria of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability. This is restricted access to information, applying firewall and antivirus, as well as backup copies and images of the relevant systems to avoid any contingency.

Exercise of Rights.

Interested parties have the right to request from the person responsible for access to their personal data, its rectification or deletion, limitation of its treatment or to oppose it, as well as the portability of said data, by sending the request to the address Carretera a Los Abrigos, nº 30, CP 38,620, San Miguel de Abona, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. You also have the right to file a claim with the control authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es). Thus, as to withdraw consent at any time.
