Wine and Serrano ham come together in a gastronomic experience designed to taste, discover and learn. Guided by a master ham carver, we will explore the history, varieties and production of Serrano ham and its sensory characteristics, accompanied by a wine tasting.
As a grand finale, we will travel to Galicia to discover queimada: how it is prepared and the characteristic ritual that accompanies it, and then taste the freshly prepared queimada.
